Our Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our Service, we will refund 100% of your costs under the following conditions:

1. Prior to the closing of a Support Ticket, or within (5) days after a Ticket is closed, please notify us of an issue by either calling the A6 Support Center at 631.498.4570 or emailing Please include the Support Ticket number with your communication.

2. If no remediation is possible, we will credit your account with the amount of Tokens equal to 100% of your cost. Please note that if you purchased Tokens at a Bulk Discount, your refund will be prorated to reflect the discounted cost.

3. If you elect to close your account, the cost of Tokens expended plus the value of any unused Tokens will be refunded to your credit card account with 14 days. A $25.00 Processing Fee will be charged for refunds made to a credit card account.
